Who We Are
Grace House Graduates is a Sunderland-based charity supporting disabled young adults as they move into adulthood and greater independence. Building on the legacy of Grace House, which has supported disabled children, young people and their families since 2003, Grace House Graduates was created to respond to a long-standing gap in support for young adults beyond traditional youth services. Many disabled young people reach a point where children’s services end, yet adult provision does not always meet their needs, aspirations, or interests. Grace House Graduates exists to bridge that gap, offering age-appropriate, meaningful opportunities that allow young adults to continue learning, socialising, and developing skills alongside their peers.
